“We adopted our little boy Frankie 5 years ago while living in Los Angeles, when we got him we found something wasn’t right. After several tests we found out he has a progressive kidney condition. We eventually moved back home to Connecticut, having used Snowflake for our other pets we had no hesitation bringing Frankie there. Because of Frankie’s condition he couldn’t have his teeth cleaned, we brushed them daily but at the end most of them had to come out. Dr. Dielo took out 22 teeth, which is most of them at one time, as Frankie can’t go under anesthesia in general. We decided to take care of everything this one time.
We can’t tell you how happy we are with how everything turned out. The Doctor and staff at Snowflake treated our baby like he was their own. They called to check on him when we took him home. Now he’s back playing with his brothers, chasing them, running around the house. He’s one happy little boy thanks to Snowflake!”

The first day we brought Kayla to be boarded, “Dr. Bob” (as I like to call) came right out and met us in the parking lot and Kayla adored him. She is an 80 pound Rottweiler so some folks may find her to be a bit intimidating … not him! Everyone at the pet center welcomes her with open arms, she LOVES going to visit them all!
As I mentioned we use many of the services they provide and unfortunately Kayla was quite sick this past year and I cannot say enough about the care she was given. To mention a few folks and thank them for all they do – Cheryl, Becky, Juan, Dr. Dielo, and “Dr. Bob” … you cared for Kayla when we brought her in, you made sure to get her the medical attention she needed and because of that she was back to herself in no time. Your continued follow-up and care for her is so comforting and has helped to keep her healthy.
